How long will the "repair" audit be completed?

When you successfully submit the "self-service repair" information, we will complete the review and contact you within 3 working days. Please ensure that the contact information you filled in is available.

Does the self-service service process include?

1. Information Review: Fill in your product failure and contact information.

2. Send the product: After the review is passed, you will receive an after-sales text message containing the mailing address and send the product to that address.

3. Inspection and maintenance: According to the test results, non-human performance failures during the 1-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced for you free of charge according to the situation; if the warranty period exceeds 1 year, non-human performance failures will be charged according to the maintenance fee incurred; For product failures caused by human factors, maintenance will begin after you accept the quotation and pay the fee.

4. Complete the return: After the repair is completed, the Zhonglian Mobile Service Center will return the repaired or replaced products to your hands.


How to confirm whether the product needs to be sent for repair

The problem of product failure may be related to the use environment and use method, so it is recommended that you contact the customer service personnel of Zoomin Mobile before sending for repair.

The customer service personnel of Zoomin Mobile will assist you in preliminary troubleshooting and handling to determine whether it needs to be repaired.

You can submit questions in the "online message" at the bottom of the official website of China United Mobile, and you can contact the customer service personnel of China United Mobile.


How long will it take to complete the repair?

After receiving the repaired products, we will complete the processing/mailing in about 14 working days.

How are maintenance costs calculated and how are they paid?

The specific maintenance cost will be subject to your product test results. If it is a non-human performance failure during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced for you free of charge.


Do I need to pay for logistics?

You need to pay the postage to the factory, please do not use to pay. The cost of repair/replacement repair sent back to you shall be borne by Zhonglian Mobile.
