Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Definition
Warranty is the repair or replacement of faulty products and software upgrades to ensure the functional integrity of the product.
Warranty is limited liability to repair product defects or replace defective products, and the duration and content of the service are limited liability.
The customer's equipment is under warranty and the product warranty is free of charge.
2. the current standard warranty content
The warranty and warranty extension terms include:
1. Hardware: If the product is used under the conditions specified in the manual and other influencing factors are discharged, the product will fail due to its own defects or abnormalities, the host (including modules), and the warranty period is one year.
2. Software: Our company guarantees that the software meets the publicly released software function standards; Software functions are subject to the standards at the time of product sales, and it is not excluded that newly added product functions will be updated for a fee.
3. Warranty extension terms:
1) Provide free upgrade software for customers to upgrade themselves;
2) Provide a small version of the application software upgrade software for 1 year free of charge;
3) promise to provide warranty for customers to repair or send repair, fast processing within 15 days;
4. Accessories: accessories and materials attached to the product, but not limited to connecting wires, power cords, instructions, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
3. Warranty Disclaimer
1, warranty is the product limited liability;
2. There are two types of over-warranty: over-warranty and non-warranty.
1) Over-warranty period refers to the expiration of the product warranty period, the free warranty service automatically expires.
2) Non-warranty scope refers to the automatic invalidation of the free warranty service of the equipment due to improper behavior or fault in use.
3. The following situations belong to the non-warranty scope:
1) The user is responsible for providing a valid warranty certificate, and will not be guaranteed if the valid warranty certificate cannot be produced or the product barcode is damaged;
2) In the absence of warranty certificate, when the product delivery time is taken as the starting time of warranty, the warranty time promised by the warranty organization not designated by our company is invalid;
3) If the product information recorded in the warranty certificate does not match or there are false records, the product will not be guaranteed;
4) Failure caused by disassembly, repair and modification of the product without the authorization of our company;
5) The fault is caused by the buyer's abnormal transportation, loading and unloading, use, maintenance, storage and other reasons. Such as: lightning strike, overpressure and overcurrent, water inflow, etc;
6) Failure due to irresistibility;
7) If the product is discontinued, the warranty and service support is limited to 3 years after the announcement of discontinuation.
Definition of 4. Warranty Period
Valid Warranty Certificate:
Including: 1, product warranty card 2, valid purchase invoice 3, product bar code 4, legal purchase and sale contract/packaging.
1) Product warranty card must include: dealer name, product name, model, product number, purchase date;
2) Valid purchase invoice: regular commercial sales invoice with tax seal;
3) product bar code: clear and complete, no modification traces;
Warranty calculation:
1. The beginning of the warranty period refers:
1) The date of purchase is marked on the warranty card containing valid information at the time of purchase;
2) verifiable date of purchase invoice;
3) The above valid warranty certificate cannot be provided, and the product warranty service will be provided within 15 months from the shipment time queried by the product barcode system;
4) The warranty period indicated in the legal purchase and sale contract.
2. The quality of the product after repair or replacement is guaranteed for three months; if the original warranty period is more than three months, the original warranty period shall prevail.
3. In addition to the product bar code calculation warranty method, when multiple warranty certificates are valid at the same time, the warranty will be carried out according to the certificate that is most beneficial to the customer's interests.
5. Unpacking Unqualified (DOA,Dead On Arrival)
Unqualified unpacking: the equipment maintenance is not activated, there is no appearance damage, and the equipment cannot work normally after the first power-on or fails within 30 days of power-on operation, and can be replaced by DOA.
6. Other
If your product meets the conditions for out-of-warranty maintenance, you can provide fee-based maintenance services. A 90-day limited warranty is available for replacement parts or accessories after warranty repair.
